Dossier 000 // Declaration

We declare
war on boring
money.

A manifesto for founders, builders, and artists who are done begging zombie bankers for permission to build the future.

// Preamble

Read it.
Spread it.
Build it.

The financial system was built by people who owned land, gold, and factories — for people who owned land, gold, and factories. It does not understand code. It does not understand brands. It does not understand the exponential value of a single idea in the mind of a determined founder.

So we built a new one.

Pass The Jam is a protocol that treats your intellectual property as productive capital. Not as collateral to be seized. Not as a footnote in a term sheet. As the asset itself.

The articles.

Eight non-negotiable principles. Violate them and you have missed the point.

I

The old system is a vampire.

Banks were built for warehouses, not wisdom. They demand collateral you can touch while ignoring the most valuable asset class on Earth: intellectual property. They lend slowly, charge painfully, and foreclose gleefully. We reject the entire premise.

II

Your future revenue is yours.

If you built it, you own it. If you will earn it, you can use it. Pass The Jam turns the usufruct of future revenue into a programmable, tokenized, on-chain instrument — without surrendering equity, control, or dignity.

Art. 02
III

Capital should move at the speed of code.

No committees. No quarterly credit rituals. No three-month approval purgatory. Smart contracts execute the rules. Oracles verify the flows. Liquidity arrives in hours, not fiscal quarters.

Art. 03
IV

Transparency is not optional.

Every royalty, every reserve, every JAM token is auditable on-chain. No hidden fees. No off-balance-sheet trickery. No black boxes. If the math cannot be verified, it does not belong in the protocol.

Art. 04
V

Protection is structural, not charitable.

Reserve pools, equity flips, and credit default swaps are not acts of mercy — they are engineered layers of defense. The protocol is designed to absorb shocks so that builders survive the winters the old system creates.

Art. 05
VI

We are the new counterparty.

Institutions that once gatekept access now compete to participate. The Vault aggregates productive IP from across the ecosystem and issues JAM — a token backed by real revenue from real companies. No zombie banker required.

Art. 06
VII

Global by default. Permissionless by design.

A founder in Nairobi, a developer in Hanoi, and a designer in São Paulo deserve the same rails as one in New York. Geography is not a risk factor. Borders are not balance-sheet lines.

Art. 07
VIII

This is not a product. It is a movement.

Pass The Jam is financial infrastructure for the people who create the future. We do not ask for reform. We build the alternative. Join us — or get out of the way.

Art. 08

Our demands.

We do not negotiate with gatekeepers. These are the conditions under which the new economy operates.

  • No more term-sheet extortion.
  • No more collateral discrimination against intangible assets.
  • No more gatekeepers deciding who gets to build.
  • No more founders begging for what already belongs to them.
The Oath
"I will not ask a zombie for permission. I will not sign away what I built. I will pass the jam — and leave the old world behind."

Sign in blood.
Or ink.

The manifesto is open source. The protocol is live. The only question is whether you are building the future or funding the past.
